About Me
I am a registered nutritional therapist and qualified coach with a background rooted in science and education.
I work with individuals, specialising in women's health, energy optimisation and hormone balance, as well as general and gut health. I have seen first hand how changing your nutrition and lifestyle habits can improve your health and my mission is to help other women also feel the benefits.
I take a functional medicine approach, trying to get to the root cause of an illness rather than focusing on symptoms in isolation.
I incorporate the most up-to-date scientific and evidence-based research, to help clients overcome their health barriers. I regularly attend CPD events to further increase my knowledge and to ensure I am up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
I am fully insured, a member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT), and registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
I'm based in South West London but currently offering online consultations.
